Olumuyiwa Areo is the Lead Pastor of Citizens of Light Church. He is an adept teacher of the word of God with contemporary relevance. He’s a man of unique insight, providing verity for a lifestyle of freedom in Christ. He is a creative thinker and a concept developer with an eye for details. An architect by training, a counselor and a guide to many. He was an Assistant Pastor in Jolly Christian Center and later chosen to be the Associate Pastor of Christ Love Fellowship, Obafemi Awolowo University. He also served as an Associate Pastor at Deep Waters Christian Center, Surulere, Lagos before pioneering Citizens of Light Church Ilorin. Temitope Areo is the Co-Lead Pastor of Citizens of Light Church. She’s an adept teacher of God’s word with a prophetic edge and a strong counseling grace. She is the visioner of The Praying Woman, the women’s ministry of Citizens of Light Church. She served as an assistant Pastor at God’s love Tabernacle, Ile-Ife before she got married. She holds a degree in History and International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is married to Muyiwa Areo and together they have three lovely Children – Davida, Amiela and Enoch.
Ibukun Faleye holds a B.A. degree in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is married to Damilola Faleye, and they have two children - Sophia and Jesse.
Damilola Faleye holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is married to Ibukun Faleye and they are blessed with two adorable children - Sophia and Jesse.
